Service Description

Our relationships can be the challenging space that helps us find even deeper growth. Working with Lena you'll both be able to untangle old stories and habits around conflict, discovering even more understanding and each other and yourselves, along the way. These sessions are great for any sort of relationship that feels stuck in old patterns or would like to explore new ways to connect and resolve conflict. Sessions are 60 min and conducted over Zoom. Limit to 2 people per session. Message Lena if you are interested in a group session. The fine print: You will receive a Zoom link for your session after booking. Sessions booked with Lena are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled or transferred to another person with advance notice. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for the following week. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please reach out if you suspect you'll need to change your appointment time.
