Stop falling into the same old patterns as you discover a new path through old challenges and a whole new way to live your life. With new questions, humor, and compassionate understanding, Lena will help you feel empowered as you make the changes in your life that help it feel like the one you're meant to be living. The fine print: You will receive a Zoom link for your session after booking. Sessions booked with Lena are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled or transferred to another person with advance notice. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for the following week. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please reach out if you suspect you'll need to change your appointment time.
