Let's shed light on the invisible forces creating your burnout, because we can't change what we can't see. We'll tease apart joy, obligation, and validation to better understand why it was working for us, and what we now want instead.

2. How to hear yourself
Beyond hearing the constant refrain of "you should..." and "they think..." is a gentle voice trying to get your attention. You'll learn how to differentiate that soft voice of intuition from the loud voice of anxiety, having yourself truly feel heard.

3. How to communicate
Now that you've heard what you need, how do you communicate them? Get to know the Fight Languages in this class, and how to start translating your needs so other finally get it and can show up the way you need them to.

4. How to be a self-advocate
You're amazing at advocating for everyone else - but what about you? This is the class where you learn how to make your needs happen. And, for the first time, it won't be because you're endlessly self sufficient, never relying on anyone else.

5. How to set boundaries
Now that you know what your needs are, we're going to get into how to uphold them. This class is boundaries as you've never thought of them before. You'll learn the different types and how to make a boundary an invitation for connection, not rejection.

6. How to
rest
Oof, why is this one always the hardest? This is a masterclass on why rest is a revolution and going to make room for so much compassion in your life. For yourself, and everything else. This is where things really start flowing and you get to see the effect.
